What is a Carrier oil?

So you'll hear me talk about carrier oils often. What is it exactly? These are oils such as coconut, jojoba, avocado, etc. These oils help carry the essential oil you are applying to the skin all over. so it helps it spread around. You get more out of your essential oil when you use carrier oils in your rubs, and your rollers. You also use carrier oils when you need to dilute an oil. such as essential oils that are considered "hot"
